Oh my goodness! After 28 days traveling this was one of my fav hotels. Insane view, pool area abd roof top patio bar area. Felt like a millionaire! Plus as its an ild monestry you can explore the ‘kept rooms’. We had a roim wirh a seaview and was sad to go. The value for money and superior to the other sorrento and napoli accomodation. Amazing!!! We had to leave at 6am and they even pacjed our breakfast to go!

Loved everything about my time at Una Napoli. A vibrant location with great access to train and metro as well as to explore on foot . Comfortable clean room and wonderful breakfast on the roof top terrace.

The hotel met all our expectations that any Ramada Property would. The staff knows English, which smoothened out the entire communication (something which seemed relatively hard to get by in Naples). The breakfast spread was quite good.

Our apartment was really spacious and the rooftop patio absolutely superb, giving us wondeeful 360 deg views.

It was close to everywhere in the city center. The hotel room was designed in a classic Italian style. I really liked it.

From the minute, I recieved a confirmation, we were in touch and recieved recommendations how to reach the hotel and everything.Any question was responded fast.When I got there Suzie was so kind and helped with any advise.And the hotel decorated, very nice and happy , with a nice veranda to sit in the sun. Breakfast was very good.Amazing service.They'd just would do anything to help,and make you happy,Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent location for us as we needed to get to the Museum of Archaeology easily. The entrance to the building is definitely not beautiful but it is clean and when you get up to the property there is nothing not to like. There is a lift but it is easy to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. Really good coffee. Excellent value for money. Roberto is charming and very helpful. Napoli is not a quiet city. It is noisy and vibrant. Just enjoy it.

The location was fantastic, even though it was a bit tough to get there at first – driving in Naples can be tricky, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. But once we found our way, everything was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel is very well located near the historic center, and it's easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, both to me and to my mom. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

A very clean and comfortable hotel in the centro storico of Napoli. Our room faced the main road but it was very quiet. The doors opened to a small balcony so it was fun to watch the craziness of the street below! The elevators were big enough for 2 people and luggage. The breakfast was great and all staff were friendly and helpful. A sound, value for money hotel in a great location. I've read some of the negative reviews and they sound like people just being petty and fussy.

Exceptional hospitality, all the staff were super helpful and very friendly to us all the time during our stay. We had a great selection of food for breakfast every morning. Excellent location, easy access to public transport and in walking distance to many beautiful places of the city. Very safe place to stay, spacious room with everything you need, immaculate bathroom, clean and comfortable beds, nice swimming pool in the garden.

Everything was just wonderful. Room size, tideness and cleaning; staff; breakfast (just wonderful); location and access to transportation. We couldn't be more satisfied.

The hotel occupied the noble flora of the building. Beautiful renovated stuccos and original floor, give the feeling of back to the past. Staff very kind and attentive, best service received in a long time . Location close to historic center which is why I booked this hotel

I had a single room and it was perfect. The room had a weird layout, but you are by yourself in the room so it’s really fine. The staff was friendly, room was clean, I slept like a rock, it was utterly silent in the night. The breakfast lady was very nice, the breakfast itself was sweet items only but honestly a good value for the price. I would absolutely recommend the hotel!
