The hotel is an oasis in the mist of the chaotic city center of naples. Everything works properly and on time, the stuff is super kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was actually very big, with big wardrobe and 3 huge windows that had a view in the city center, the capodimonti hilll and the botanical garden. The water pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was absolutely perfect!!! Since it was really cold these days in Naples, we enjoyed this a lot. Also the breakfast is value for money. A lot of sweet options and a few savory (this is quite normal in Italy, to have a sweet for breakfast). Extra bonus: They stuff was also flexible when we requested to add breakfast only for one person of the room.

I was warmly greeting in my home language, English, at the desk and told that I had an upgraded room. A pleasant surprise. The rooftop eating area was a very pleasant place to be in the early evening. The food was delicious and the service with provided with a smile and simple words.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel for making our trip so memorable. Special thanks to Marco, Marina, and Sabrina—they were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our needs. It was thanks to their dedicated assistance that our "shaky" day trip to Capua was successfully carried out. We weren't at all sure we could pull it off, but they made it happen. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, right next to the Hall in a very safe area of Naples. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and you can even see the harbor. The breakfast was a highlight—the view is simply unbeatable, and the food selection was incredibly rich. We truly hope to stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

Convenient location close to the railway station. While in a busy area the room was large, comfortable and quiet. Selected as we are joining a tour also staying at the hotel the next day. Booked a superior room that we really enjoyed.

The hotel is situated near train station and you can easily find connections if you want to visit nearby cities, the place is very clean, has parking place and the breakfast is diversified and delicious. Their staff is friendly and willing to help

Julia in the restaurant was amazing and also the male receptionist who was very helpful as well. The room was stunning with close attention to the very small detail. Will definitely visit again!

It was close to everywhere in the city center. The hotel room was designed in a classic Italian style. I really liked it.

Giuseppe and Wasim nickname ( zebe) are so good real pro's !!! friendly playfull .and the know al the bests deals !!! were too go .how to do it. never to much to help you out .breakfast very small .but everyday you get fresh baked picolos, croissant and marmer cake and super capucino ore cafe americano !!!! shout-out to house keeping everyday fresh towels and cleaning .location near the station and in the center of the old town eat drink shopping and very safe earia to walk late at night if I return to napoli I wil go back to the carravaggio hotel

Beautiful girl Marta at reception was so nice and caring - she kept in touch with us before our arrival to make sure that we would get to place ok. Very handy location - lots of nice restaurants around, short walk to Sansevero Chapel Museum.
