Intimate and cosy place, boutique style hotel

The property is absolutely stunning – a true Florentine palazzo with breathtaking historical interiors and modern comfort. The suite was spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated, combining heritage with luxury. The location in the very heart of Florence is perfect, with everything just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and exclusive. The staff were attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was also excellent, served in a magnificent setting.

EVERYTHING was PERFECT! just imaging having breakfast (which was delicious) looking out to the famous Ponte Vecchio only a few metres away! Expensive, yes, but.....

We had a great stay at Hotel Santa Croce. The staff were very helpful in giving us tips on dining, wining and going to a football game. The hotel is ideally located.

A great place to stay overnight. Close to the city center. The staff were very kind and friendly. There was free juice, coffee, tea, and water available. There were always croissants and cookies in the kitchen. There was also an opportunity to go up to the rooftop terrace. Everything was clean. I highly recommend this accommodation!❤️

The location is absolutely perfect – tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk from the Duomo and all the main attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations. For the price point, I thought it offered excellent value, especially considering the location. comfortable base to explore Florence without breaking the bank, I'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel is on the bank of the Arno, and the location is ideal. It's still very central, and its a quick 5-15 min walk to the site (e.g. Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Duomo). But remains a very quiet area. We loved it!! The room is a good size, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful old setting that makes you feel like you are stepping back into the Renaissance period. While having a clean, comfortable feel to it. Great location right in the center of everything. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
