My flight was delayed and I arrived at 4:30am, but staff were still very helpful and welcoming. Very nice facilities, comfortable room and a great price.

I was kindly upgraded to Beirut 2 by the team as this was their newer hotel. I have stayed here previously and loved it so much that I came back. It is the best value for money hotel in Amman and perhaps even Jordan. I unfortunately paid more for other hotels on my trip and none of them could compare. I experienced quite a few other hotels on my trip and this would be my favourite. The room was spacious and clean with a large King bed and a large bathroom too. The staff here are amazing and were able to assist whenever I needed them, including laundry services and advice regarding restaurants etc.

Central location, close to the shopping area, coffees, market and amphitheatre . Very friendly, helpful and supportive staff. They made everything possible to make our stay pleasant . The breakfast is delicious . Rooms cleaned everyday. I would like to hear more Arabic music in the lobby and at breakfast . I mentioned this to the staff and they did played Arabic music. In my opinion this will enrich the experience of local culture . I would highly recommend and would stay again.
