Very nice room, beautiful view and beautiful hotel.

Loved the cosmetics, the room and the view. Also, the convenience store next door was great.

hotel location is easy to find with Google map, and from hotel, its convenient to take metro or shuttle bus to Haneda international airport. it is a nice experience.

Everything was perfect about this hotel.

Room is in a very good condition. Staffs are excellent.

Was pretty central to where and what we wanted to do

This hotel was exceptional, and it well exceeded our expectations! It is located right next to Toyosu train station, and there were several affordable parking options nearby. It is joined to a brilliant shopping centre, and generally in a great location. Reception is on the 36th floor, where you are greeted by the most incredible view over Tokyo, including the Tokyo Tower. The bar and restaurant are also on this floor, and they were exceptional. The breakfast and dinners we had there were absolutely amazing! So much choice in the breakfast buffet, and dinner was very reasonably priced. Our room was on the 35th floor, and we opened the blinds to discover an absolutely breathtaking view, including the Tokyo Skytree. Those blinds weren't closed for a minute! The room was on the smaller side, but it was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the public baths on our last night - these are separated by gender, so as a couple on our honeymoon, we didn't spend much time in there. However, they were extremely peaceful and well kept. Again, the view from the baths when stood up was outstanding. There are ventilated smoking rooms available, which was a godsend, as smoking outside is rarely available in Japan. The staff were all extremely accommodating and spoke excellent English. This was a perfect hotel in every way - we couldn't be happier to have experienced it!

Staff are friendly and very responsive, I love how they looked after our luggages when It was delivered a few days before our check in.

The best hotel during our 2 weeks stay in Japan. Super clean and quite big room according to the Japanese standards with spacious bed. Efficient ac, wifi, free mineral water for each day, quiet room, nice area outside (be aware that Odaiba is located on the outskirts of Tokyo, but well connected to the city with public transport). Best breakfast with variety of choices in both Japanese and western style. Friendly and helpful staf.

Location was brilliant, a very nice part of Tokyo to stay. Price point very much matched the quality of the room, it was lovely. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, making the stay easy and enjoyable.

Very clean and modern rooms, with very comfortable beds. However rooms are very small. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and stayed in a connecting twin room and we had to keep everything in our suitcases, because there were no closets. Staff were kind and helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. We liked the location and good connection to public transport - bust stop just outside the hotel and a short walk to subway.

Spacious room and great price for what I got
