Hotels near Bunkamura, Tokyo

Style and comfort. Extremely quiet room considering the busy area and construction site across the road at the time.

Operator was super helpful to book a restaurant reservation. Read me the entire menu of options and translations and helped me choose, then emailed me the details after I said I am only reachable by internet. I am so thankful for the entire friendly staff and the room was also great.

Close to Shibuya city centre. The 1970’s fittings were very retro!

The location, staff and cleanliness.

Basic facilities at the hotel. Great location for exploring Tokyo with Shibuya square nearby.

Very spacious room with a beautiful view. The hotel is very clean and close to both Shibuya station and the new Shibuya Sakura Stage. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, right next to the Shibuya station. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, so everything you might need is within walking distance. The staff were absolutely wonderful — incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

The location , super central and easy access to public transportation

Location was amazing and staff were so so friendly

The staff was very very kind and the rooms were amazing. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and kind! Also the shower room was very and comfortable

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Shibuya crossing. The staff is great. The room is spatious and clean.

10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location, very clean, nice staff, has everything you need and more.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, surprisingly bigger room than normal hotels in Japan. I am in love with this love hotel. Best for solo, couples and family too.

Our first adult only hotel stay, we were a bit unsure, I cant recommend this hotel enough. Fantastic staff, huge, clean room, and the location? Perfect. Just perfect.

The location was excellent right in the heart of Shibuya and within walking distance to the famous Shibuya Crossing. There are plenty of small izakayas, restaurants, convenience stores and bars nearby, so the area always felt lively and convenient. Even though it is a love hotel, it still had most of the facilities and comfort you would expect from a regular hotel. The staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out times are a bit different compared to normal hotels but it actually worked perfectly with our travel plans. We stayed here for two nights before leaving Japan because we wanted to enjoy the city one last time while still having easy train access to Haneda Airport. I would definitely stay here again for a short Tokyo city stop.

This property matched the photos and was fine, however I would not stay here again. whilst I knew this coming in, that there were no staff this had more of an impact than anticipated. The rooms were not very functional or comfortable- but they did the job.

Free wine and liquor in the lobby

Excellent location, spacious and great bathroom set up for families. This is an excellent option over small hotel rooms. Loved Shibuya and this apartment was well located to everything.

We loved the location, the ease of checking in without the host and just the space for our two family stay.

We didn’t see the staff: so we can’t pronounce

Great location, clean and cozy
