Everything. Especially the staff. They are great people. I would like to express my gratitude towards their help for me to find an eye doctor during national holiday.

Onsen, free supper, drinks and ice cream

Nice location in quite area. Close to subway and Osaka castle in walking distance. Wonderfull hot springs and onsen working since 7 am till 11 pm made us fall in love with this tradition. Very traditional choice of food at breakfast, but enough to be full. Family mark 24/7 is just down the stairs

Great hotel! Great Onsen! Great evening Ramen and dining area! Breakfast superb! The best location (10 min walk to Osaka castle) and great service

The stuff was available all the time and very precise. The hotel was in a very good position, immediately outside a metro station. The hotel has vending machines, ice machines and coin laundries. The cleaning of the room can be done daily.

The best customer service even I travel to over 30 countries. Front desk staff is very helpful and patience. And a great location we just walked about two minutes from the subway station and the surrounding environment is very peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly, good location, they let us store luggage after we’ve left

1. We had a river facing room on the 8th floor, a truly surreal experience. 2. There was an air purifier in the room. 3. The room featured adjustable lighting modes, with the switch located near the main door. 4. A study table was there with lighting provided. 5. The room was quite spacious compared to typical hotel rooms.
