Metro station within 2-3 minute walk and Osaka castle within 10 minutes. Quiet area with many nearby options for food

Great hotel with spacious room (and toilet, remember this is Japan) and located near a train station. There is also a 7/11 just in front of it and restaurants within walking distance.

Very good location and good place to relax after long day

It was very «high end», more so than we expected. Our room on the 8th floor was lovely and spacious, with 3 beds (we travelled with our 15 year old son) and a sofa, couch and table. There is a Tully’s Coffee in the lobby, and a Family Mart right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in between 2 Metro stations, and only a few blocks from Osaka Castle and Osaka Museum of History.

Location: 3-5mins walk from nearest train station Facilities: Love the clean & well stocked Onsen. FOC noodles during supper time, ice cream as well as probiotics drinks at selected time. My children had a great time. FOC laundry (only pay for drying). FOC drinks at lobby. Breakfast: Excellent choices of variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I also appreciated the amenities, which were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved this place we booked 4 more nights! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had access to the laundry and free coffee/ drinks downstairs - this was awesome! Two blocks from the kitahama train station and 7/11 and lawsons were just around the corner. We will definitely be back when we return to Osaka. Ngā mihi for the hospitality from NZ.

The hotel is super close to metro, train, a small grocery store and a coffee shop. Also not far to the famous food and bar street. The stuff was really helpful and I was lucky that at least one person spoke English and could answer my questions. I also liked the desk and chair so I could work on PC. The room size was ok for one person - I have enough space for my suitcase. The only think I don’t like was the window with no view but the location was for me more important as I stayed there only 2 nights. So I rate 10.

As a frequent International traveller this hotel has been my permanent hub in the last 30 years each time I visit Osaka. Perfect location, perfect facilities, excellent staff, excellent service. Visiting Osaka means STAY AT HOTEL MYSTAYS OTEMAE.

Convenient location for public transport, cafes and supermarket shops. Room was small, but all that I needed. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Very clean

I like all, the room size is decent for 4 adults with 4 big luggages. Its clean and well maintained. Near to Metro Sakaisuji-Hommachi (5 minutes walk).

the room was spacious and very clean. the view we had of the city was beautiful! Even tho i didn’t know much japanese, the staff was super helpful on transferring our luggage to tokyo. i would 10/10 recommend this place, there is also a family mart and train that is super close to the hotel which was very convenient. when it came down to doing laundry all we had to do was put the clothes in the machine and you can go back in your room and keep track of how much time was left instead of sitting in the laundry room the whole time which i loved. Thank you for being kind and helpful.
