This hotel is located in the same building as a mall, which offers 2 entire floors of restaurant options. Super convenient for eating good food. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is great! Staff is super helpful and went out of their way to help us recover our luggage (that was delayed by the airline).

I can't find a fault, and I will try to go back when I'm in Tokyo. The location was perfect, quiet, with two metro stations really close and a lot of conbini around. A very good place to start and visit the whole city. Free coffee and tea at the reception (we don't have breakfast, only coffee in the morning, so that was ideal), a comfortable lounge with library at your disposal. The room was of adequate size, with a table and small sofa for snacking. Beds were comfy and the bathroom clean and spacious enough, even though quite small.
