Suite room is quite big with the equipments, including kitchen and laundry. The location is very good. It’s not far from the busy Shibuya scramble crossing and the Shibuya Station, but still quiet and peaceful enough for relaxation and rest. All you need are very close to you, supermarket, restaurants, shopping malls and etc.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in all aspects. The room was very clean and I loved the SDG aspect.

The hotel was breathtaking with stunning views. Extremely comfortable and child-friendly, and located right in the heart of Shibuya. The famous crossing is just a 5-minute walk away. We can 100% recommend this hotel.

Rooms are spacious. Very clean and quiet. Privacy assured. Beautiful japanese garden within the hotel. Shopping areas within 7 minutes walk. Shuttle bas provided.

I really love this property. All the necessary amenities are available in this place. It is very comfortable for a petite and small Southeast Asian person like me. However, the toilet size is very small. I really like this place because it is very close to the bus station. I am very satisfied.

The location was excellent — close to everything we needed. We specifically booked a smoking room, and it was great to have that option. The room was spacious enough to open four large suitcases at once, which made things very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay.

The hotel is easy to find and just a few minutes walk from Meguro JR station which is on the convenient Yamanote line. They offer free coffee and tea 24 hours in the lobby, and a selection of free pastries for breakfast. Great if you are a coffee and croissant person for breakfast. The room was a standard business hotel size and the bed was comfortable. They offer ammenities in the lobby and pyjamas for use and there are coffee and tea making facilities with a mini bar fridge. Stay over cleaning was excellent. I would like to thank Yurika for her friendly and helpful service during check in and my stay. She is an asset to the FO team.

The hotel was in a great location close to Shibuya station and convenience stores like 7/11 and Family Mart. Would recommend for a first time in Tokyo. We were also able to forward our luggage to the next hotel with the help of the reception staff.

Unbeatable location, style, cleanliness, shower, facilities. Overall the best bit was the location, 5 mins from station on a really useful line, loads of cafe and shops nearby.

Insane hotel! Amazing facilities in the heart of Shibuya. The view from the room was incredible. If I ever go to Tokyo again, I'd definitely stay in this hotel
