Breakfast was very good, it is in an excellent location, a short walk to Ebisu station, there are some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room is very modern. The facilities are good, and all the little extras really add up to make your stay enjoyable... there are even complimentary face masks (pampering) in the lobby. Staff were able to help us book local restaurants etc.

The hotel is brand new, very nice furnishings and style and the rooms are ultra comfortable. We took advantage of a price discount as well.

This property is beautifully renovated and in the heart of Ebisu. It has all the modern comforts of luxury and is a short walk to the subway station. The check-in was easy and we found quick responses and good communication. Was great to have a bit more space than the usual footprint of a typical Tokyo apartment with the kids.

The Westin Tokyo is strategically located in a central business and tourist attraction area. It is a 7-minute walk to Ebisu Station.

The Westin Tokyo was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were more spacious than I was expecting and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Room service was quick and good quality. The restaurants in the hotel were exceptional. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
