Classy, spacious, close to the station.

Breakfast was good. But more explanation needed for tofu shabu

Cool vibe, nice rooms, great location

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the train/subway station. There was also a helpful section at the reception where you could grab things you had forgotten like water, slippers, pajamas etc. The rooftop was also a really nice place to sit and relax, even if it was a bit cold. We really enjoyed how close it was to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Tokyo which is nearby other cities.

Amazing location with shopping malls just steps away. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious. Good value for money. Very thoughtful of them to offer free coffee and pastries in the morning. Housekeeping is available till 4pm everyday!

Facilities are very complete for a city hotel, Onsen, Lauadry room, Microwave, spacious lobby. Location right at the center of Ginza, 1 minute walk to Misukoshi Dep Sqr.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Ginza and close to many subway lines. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Everything. The staff had thought of every need , more that even we could expect. Will stay there again. It was close to Ginza line and Tokyo station. Commute to every place in Tokyo was so easy. Every amenity is in the rooms.

This hotel was just s quick stopover before setting shop in our final stay in Shinjuku, and the 10 hours we spent there were amazing. Great breakfast, amazing amenities "buffet" and the personal was extremely friendly and professional.

The staff was incredibly nice, kind and helpful. My room was comfy, clean and had everything i needed. The hotel is in an excellent position with a combini just downstairs, a Don Quijote down the road and metro stations at just 4 minutes walk! I recommend this hotel

The hotel is nice and chic. Love the free flow amenities. Plus its near to Ginza shopping area! we kept walking back and forth to send the shopping bags hahah train station is not that close just and it requires 11 minutes walking (according to map). Overall a good place to stay if you look forward to shop till you drop at Ginza street

The wifi was great, and I loved that I could watch YouTube on my own account on the TV. The bath was spacious and pleasant. I appreciate the multiple forms of lighting and how easy it was to turn them on or off. Excellent location.

Great location, near Ginza station. Easy to travel between Haneda airport. Can do laundry and microwave in the room.

There’s a whole shelf of pillows and yukatas to choose from. The hotel was extremely clean. There’s a tablet in the room that controls all the lights, air conditioner and TV. It even tells you how busy the onsen is. The hotel is also located right at a subway exit (you can take this train and directly get to Haneda.)

The location was excellent. The room was quiet and I could control the temprature. At this time most hotels get very hot at night and have extremely hot quilts so I was glad that the quilt here was light and the ac worked well. I was very satisfied.

So much to like about the Grandbach. Clean and quite spacious room, super helpful friendly staff. Great location, only a couple of blocks away from Ginza 6 and the Seafood market. The hotel staff helped us to organise our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was good too.
