Loved the comfort of the room and how spacious it is. It’s our second time here and we definitely do not regret coming back. Staff were really lovey and helpful as well in helping us with luggage forwarding.

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, very well located and easy to go anywhere. I asked for a room with window facing the back, and it was sunny and quiet. Perhaps it was the last days of December so the whole hotel was not very busy and my room was cleaned every day even without my asking. Front desk could speak English very well and very well-mannered. There is a great bakery across the street in the alley that sells divine pastry that you should really try. A family mart is just round the corner. ANyway a lovely stay and will come back again.

Great location so close to station and 711 and restaurants.Rooms great size,shower amazing ,washing and drying right near reception so convenient. Microwave available also to heat food . Beds comfortable

We really loved the room, the terrace and the experience overall. Earlier check-in was possible for a tax and we needed it to have more time in Kyoto. The neighborhood is very charming! The hotel is easy accessible from Kyoto Station. The room was very clean and to sleep on a tatami but in a modern styled room is a design mixture which is hard to find elsewhere. Beautiful time in Kyoto and pleasant moments in the room.

Tamia was exceptionally good, the attention to details was so beautiful, the property is only a couple of years old and beautiful in every way quality of the build and the amenities. This has so far been our best accommodation in Japan. They provide a lovely prepared continental breakfast which tell is made with love. You could access the gym across the street as well.

This was one of the best hotels I have been during my travels.
