They lets us store our luggage before and after our check in and out.

The location was so central to move around in Tokyo. Excellent connectivity to Metro station. All services like Laundry & MIcrowave were easily available.

Room was great and they upgraded our son's room

The room was very clean and nice with a nice view and also with lounge available to site and relax with free coffee, they have vending matches also in the bedding with food and drinks. And Laundry room. In the lobby, they offer very cold drinking water and also free origami figures.

Amazing location and very helpful staff. I wish we stayed longer

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in all aspects. The room was very clean and I loved the SDG aspect.

I stay at ths hotel 5 nights at a time around 3 to 4 times a week and it is always pleasant. It is very convenient and I have never experienced anything that is not to the usual Japanese standard. This is my preferred hotel in Tokyo.

We loved this spacious apartment. It was the perfect choice to get away from all the crowd in central Tokyo. Very easy to get around being close to the train station.

Very clean, very convenient room. Amazing location, 5 minute walk from 3 different stations. The phone charging adaptor that came with the room was a life saver.

Clean, facilities and amenities prepared are very thoughtful of travellers needs. Staff is very responsive to my queries even late at night.

The hotel was beautiful and SUPER well located, it was less than a five-minute walk from the station and from there you could go anywhere (the trains are super well connected) if I had to choose all over again I would pick it again without a second though. The room was big and they did an amazing cleaning service everyday. Ten out of ten.
