Amazing experience for our 3days ski trip. The staff are super helpful and nice. We were stuck at ski site could not get an uber, they came to pick us up. The Taiwanese mix Italian food definitely worth for trying. Will book this hotel again if come back to Hakuba.

Location, the staff, the bed, cleanliness, the dry room. The bed is extremely comfortable . Within walking distant to Happo bus terminal ; can hop in shuttle to the ski slopes . We are too early for the ski season, the slope just next to hotel wasn’t opened yet , but have own transfer to other resort. Front desk extremely helpful to book dinner reservation and booked taxi during our stay there.

staff wass amazing, the room was very cute, breakfast was ok as well. staff was also very helpful in offering us a ride when needed. will come back if possible

Great location staff was great and good buffet breakfast

I stayed for three nights. Thank you Kata for your hospitality. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with many plants, which makes it feel very fresh and elegant. The room is spacious and tidy, and the hot spring is very comfortable. I will come again next year.

The staff at hotel oak forest were very helpful. The outdoor onsen was beautiful with the snow falling. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast extensive.

Location literally couldn't be better, beautiful spacious well appointed modern apartment. Friendly and helpful owners with great communication. Truly a pleasure to stay here.

The location was great, right in the middle of Happo village near restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The hotel staff really made the stay special. Super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I plan on coming back in winter as the location can’t be beaten. Would highly recommend staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bears Lodge Echoland. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a king room with shared facilities. The showers were hot and we never had to wait (although we did shower around peak times). Breakfast was on a rotating menu which gave us a good variety of dishes. The staff were always friendly and happy to assist us. Leti made our stay feel like home, and we got to meet Ghana too. The lodge is located centrally in town so it was very easy to get around. We are already planning our next trip back.

Location, clean and comfortable

Amazing staff and hotel! Foxtrot provides a comfortable and highly attentive experience for guests. I can not say enough good things about their team and the room was great! They also have many good recommendations for skiing/riding and are able to assist with advising on travel logistics which was amazing. 10/10

The facility had everything we needed for our stay.. a great drying room, washing facilities and good food and a bar.

Friendly service, great location… right on a chair lift!

The staff was excellent and helped us carry our bags up to the third floor. The hotel is very well located and provides a free shuttle to its partner hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were quite spacious and we had a big bathtub to soak in. We really enjoyed our stay!

Set in the woods in Hakuba this is "fairytale " setting and the resort lives up to its location in every way, perfect facilities, flawless staff,Hotel La Niege meets every expectation.

Great stay. Had everything we needed and close to restaurants and ski rental gear. The staff were helpful, they are able to pick us up and drop us off from the bus station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. We’d stay again
