Superior hotel! The staff is polite, and the room is spacious and clean. Excellent Breakfast was included, with a choice of three restaurants. I opted for the continental breakfast with Japanese dishes – the menu was diverse, including freshly squeezed juices. Very convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the central station, which made getting around the city much easier – I used it every day. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Location is near to river and metro station (jr). I have never seen so responsible staff. Room was clear, with bath. But the most of all I liked breakfast. I am pretty peaky person, but here I was able to eat everything.

Great location, as I was really tired, I took an Uber from the train station there, but as the Temmabashi station is basically over the river (10min walk), then it's easy to reach if you decide to travel by train or bus (I took a local train from that station to Kyoto - longer distance but so much cheaper than bullet train and you can see the country more). Nice staff, always welcoming. I changed rooms during my stay (decided to extend it by one day) so I had the opportunity to stay in the riverside view and the river view rooms - the second one was lovely! It has a small garden-like balcony and the view of the city is lovely as well. The room was small but for one (and also probably 2) people it was more than enough. They have a bike rental, so I only used that and walking during my stay. Nice facility - would stay again.

Very simple and easy hotel for foreigners. Can't go wrong with Toyoko inn. Clean and affordable. The location is a walk away from a JR station. I ended up not trying the breakfast, it didn't look appetizing but it might have been so I won't fault it

Wow, what a crazy and amazing stay! We loved the unique touches that made this hotel so special. The music in the room set the perfect vibe, and having a TV in the bath was such a luxurious experience – definitely a highlight of our trip! The hotel also spoiled us with so many free goodies, from the high-quality creams to the relaxing face masks. It felt like a mini spa retreat in our room. The overall attention to detail, from the entertainment options to the thoughtful amenities, truly made this stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back – already missing it!

Staff are nice and explained the facility well. Also, room is very clean except the sink of the bath tub is a bit clogged. Generally, it is a cery comfortable place for stayimg.

It is only a 5 - 8 min walk from the station (depending on how fast you walk). There are so many eateries around and at night, there are plenty of nice bars. It has everything I need, toiletries, hot water, a microwave at the lobby and so on. The room is big enough for me to open up my cabin-size luggage, the toilet is clean, and wifi is great for working remotely. I have no complaints. I would stay here again if I'm looking for hotels in Kyobashi next time.

The hotel is conveniently located, there are all the necessary shops nearby, and Osaka Castle is also not far away.

the room was spacious and very clean. the view we had of the city was beautiful! Even tho i didn’t know much japanese, the staff was super helpful on transferring our luggage to tokyo. i would 10/10 recommend this place, there is also a family mart and train that is super close to the hotel which was very convenient. when it came down to doing laundry all we had to do was put the clothes in the machine and you can go back in your room and keep track of how much time was left instead of sitting in the laundry room the whole time which i loved. Thank you for being kind and helpful.

everything! check in was so smooth! got a free room upgrade to universal room when they saw my aunt on wheelchair. super convenient room with railing and great space for wheelchair! our second room was super good too! clean bedsheets and toilets! everything was snow white! definitely will be back if we have the chance to! good location, they have link bridge to keihan and jr lines in less than 5 min, super convenient for wheelchair.

If it's your first time in Osaka, or Japan, you must stay here. It is really good value for money and is in a perfect location for the Osaka metro lines (Temmabashi). Osaka Castle is also round the back of the hotel and thee are plenty of places to eat nearby. Of course there is a Family Mart right outside. The rooms are typically sized for Japan but are comfortable. I also travelled for work and was able to work in the rooms with fast wifi and amenities nearby

Nice, clean and friendly staff. Great location. We didn't get to try there breakfast. We're always on the move early in the morning.
