The property was clean and it is situated very near to the train station. It has convenient stores and a great coffee shop - Live Coffee nearby.

the room is great for a single traveller. The single room is perfect with enough space for a medium size luggage and the table is great for girls and doing their skincare, makeup and even eating. the location is absolutely a great spot with a lawson below for quick bites and a restaurant to eat in the morning and afternoon. a denny's nearby for dinner if you have not gotten any food after a long day out. Very near tokyo and ginza station if you need to travel out.

It was a great experience and very unique front desk self check-in, check-out. Especially with the robot front desk ladies. We were all surprise and we were so comfortable with our stay.

Super cleaned and conveniently located

We loved our stay because the Hotel was perfectly located, spacious and with cleaning everyday very clean. Right in front is a bus stop and across the road there is a Tsukiji market.

We had the best time at Hotel Ginnan. The room was beautiful and spacious. The best part of the whole stay were the owners. They were so nice and welcoming. We wish them all the best, and hope to be back soon. Best hosts we ever had! :) <3

The price for central Tokyo was exceptionally good. It was a last minute booking and it was basic, but for the equivalent of £40 I was amazed. There is no way I could get this in London!

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near metro stations and the Tsukiji fish market.

Location is perfect. Super comfortable room. The bed sheets and comforter are superb. We left tokyo for a couple of days and left our luggage in the hotel. We paid great price about 1500 yen. Yhe staff is nice.

I really liked that the hotel is located near train stations. There are two train lines that can easily take you anywhere in Tokyo, including both tourist and non-tourist areas. The neighbourhood is very quiet while still being conveniently located. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially with my online queries prior to our arrival. The room was also very spacious, which is uncommon for a typical Tokyo hotel room. There was more than enough space for the four adults staying there. It was also nice to have a service area on each floor equipped with a microwave, sink, and washing machine. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

- very new and fresh hotel - it was super clean - room size was good for japan standards - housekeeping every 2 days - pijamas were very comfy - slippers in room - onsen was amazing and clean - staff is very nice, friendly and helpful - great location very close to Tsukiji market, Ginza shopping area and very well connected to every area in Tokyo via metro - cafe at the entrance was nice too for good quality coffee - I’d prefer the same hotel if I come to Tokyo again, very good one!

Hotel Tsuki is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The private onsen is absolutely fantastic — a peaceful, luxurious highlight of the stay. And the excellent sushi restaurant right next to the hotel is the perfect bonus. I would highly recommend Hotel Tsuki to anyone visiting the area. An unforgettable experience!

Everything was perfect, from lobby to room, to the staff and location. Just a perfect stay.

Spacious room and great price for what I got

Very clean and modern rooms, with very comfortable beds. However rooms are very small. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and stayed in a connecting twin room and we had to keep everything in our suitcases, because there were no closets. Staff were kind and helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. We liked the location and good connection to public transport - bust stop just outside the hotel and a short walk to subway.

The staffs are great and very friendly.
