The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was impeccable and the hotel's location couldn't be better, it's very well located, in a very quiet area that's not crowded at all, but still very close to every relevant spot in the city by just taking a quick subway ride.

Japanese traditional style with modern design twist. Small rooms with fresh and simple style. Loved the tatami everywhere. Nice smell. Good breakfast and complimentary evening Ramen. Lovely Onsen which also featured a sauna. Perfect location close to river, museum island and with actual walking distance to several sights. Close to buses and Underground

The location was perfect - accessible to everything. The staff were incredibly helpful. The laundry machine was working well. The aircon was working very well as it should. The hotel was clean and well maintaned .

The hotel is super close to metro, train, a small grocery store and a coffee shop. Also not far to the famous food and bar street. The stuff was really helpful and I was lucky that at least one person spoke English and could answer my questions. I also liked the desk and chair so I could work on PC. The room size was ok for one person - I have enough space for my suitcase. The only think I don’t like was the window with no view but the location was for me more important as I stayed there only 2 nights. So I rate 10.

It's definitely an amazing value for money, everything was on point and provided with good sleeping nights.

We loved this place we booked 4 more nights! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had access to the laundry and free coffee/ drinks downstairs - this was awesome! Two blocks from the kitahama train station and 7/11 and lawsons were just around the corner. We will definitely be back when we return to Osaka. Ngā mihi for the hospitality from NZ.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to get around using different modes of transportation. The complimentary breakfast was really tasty and gave us a great start to the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we reported our damaged luggage, they handled the situation quickly. Even with a language barrier, their commitment to excellent service truly stood out.

The location and staff is great, easy access to food and transport the check-in was easy as well everything is mostly self service so no hassle. The hotel also provide coin laundry in the property so it is quite convenient

As a wheelchair user, I found it great being able to navigate the hotel.

I travelled for work, so the location cant be better, it was a short walking distance to my workplace, and is near Honmachi metro station to get to other places. The room was also very comfortable and I liked the toilet a lot.
