First and foremost, the staff was lovely. We enjoyed everything there; it was really clean and functional, plus the hotel is located in a great area! I'll definitely stay there again when I'm back in Aizu.

Wonderful service by the fabulous staff! Rooms were nice and well maintained, with quite a nice lake side view, especially beautiful during Autumn season. The attached onsen is also just seething and mind refreshing! Definitely recommended!
