I chose this hotel for my birthday and the staffs gave me a warm greetings as a set foot at the hotel they made my day very special. They gave me a birthday fruit platter plus a birthday card greetings in a very cute octopus towel design. I could not express how grateful I am for the whole team. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also during ny breakfast the next day, they also gave me another warm birthday greetings and all staff are very graceful and cheerful. A must stay hotel in Osaka.

The staff, the room and the view

Very nice hotel, the breakfast was stuning, you have a nice koji Pond and garden just outside the buffet. We enjoyed our stay on the hotel

The hotel was located right next to Osaka Station (Umeda), with shopping centres, activities, restaurants and plenty of other things to do all within easy reach by walking or by using the public transport. The location is a solid 10/10, and so are the quality and value for money of the room. I was genuinely surprised by some of the ratings, as we had a really positive experience. The hotel was cleaner, and the room amenities were better than those in some of the other more expensive hotels we stayed at during our trip around Japan. The room was compact size, as we expected, but it had a good layout. I know some people have mentioned that they don't like having to leave their keys at reception, but we had absolutely no issues with this. In fact, I quite liked knowing that I couldn't accidentally lose the room key, as it was a physical key rather than a keycard. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out, which worked out perfectly for us. All of the staff members we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Although we didn't spend that much time in the room itself, as we had mainly booked the hotel because of its great price, we were really pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore Osaka and stay somewhere with a great location without spending too much on the room. The surrounding area is lively in the evenings and at night, but we always felt completely safe and the hotel wasn't noisy during the night and we got a good night sleep.

Location is perfect. 1 minute from Nakatsu Station or 14 min on foot from Umeda. Clean, standardized. Free breakfast buffet

Honestly nothing, I stayed for a total of 24 minutes!

The staff were great. Everyday I'd come to a clean room, bed made, new towels, new water and even folded toilet paper. They also helped me send my luggage to Tokyo without any hassle. The room too was comfy. Great stay

The property was a great stay! Super affordable and awesome location. 7/11 is next door along with a few more 7/11 in walking distance. The location is walkable to many restaurants and nightlife. The room was very small, my partner 6’5 struggled a bit with length of bed but everything made up for it. Free amenities in the lobby and staff are super helpful.

Away from the tourist frenzy, yet still very central location. Behind the hotel a nice area of human scale with smart cafes. Hotel starts from the 10th floor upwards. Our room on the 13th had a huge balcony with a great panoramic view of the utopistic Osaka skyscraper labyrinth. Plenty of space both in the room and the usual smart bathroom. Staff very attentive, parking on site is great (though bit scary, your car just disappears i to the unknown). The free drinks between 6-10pm in the bar (with terrace) is a real bonus.

the location is perfect, very close to the train station and the price is inexpensive. the shampoo and conditioner they provided were good. The hair became smooth after using them.

The staff were very polite, Especially the receptionist, Ms. Su, she was so helpful.

Close to the station, very clean.

Very clean, organised, and polite staff. Super helpful to have a door at the lobby directly connected to 7 Eleven. Excellent location- even though the hotel is located in a busy street, it’s very quiet. They provide toiletries and even pijamas, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor etc
