This property is beautifully renovated and in the heart of Ebisu. It has all the modern comforts of luxury and is a short walk to the subway station. The check-in was easy and we found quick responses and good communication. Was great to have a bit more space than the usual footprint of a typical Tokyo apartment with the kids.

Fabulous location and great place to stay, newly opened so everything is fresh. Comfortable beds, quiet room, wonderful shower, and the staff was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

It is very close to Ebisu Station, so you can get anywhere in western Tokyo very quickly. Staff very friendly and even the request for an early check-in was fulfilled without any problems.

The location is just outside the main Shibuya area so you get a little slice of peace before you head through to the large crowds, which I enjoyed. And the location couldn't be more central since Shibuya station connects you to almost everything. In terms of the room itself, having the washing machine in the room was an incredible surprise after traveling for a while. We also thought that the bed and layout was very comfortable even if it was compact. The bathroom was really nice too and more spacious than I thought it would be (for Japan). I highly recommend the hotel based on cleanliness, accessibility to transit (location) and convenience/comfort of the room.
