We had a wonderful time during the stay in Tokyo. The team makes you feel at home and the professional and courteous service is second to none. The immersion in local cuisine and traditions was a great experience and the team at the Cerulean Tower were great. Truly excellent breakfast to start the day.

The location of this hotel was spectacular, in the heart of SHIBUYA with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

It was super clean, the pods were comfortable and for me absolutly enough Space. The Location is 10/10 and the staff is nice. The Price for everything is really good and honestly for a Solo traveler hard to Beat if you can/want to stay in a Hostel.
