Hotel is comfortable and at a great location.

The Onsen was really nice and the free ice cream after the bath is great! The location is just great, couple minutes away from Dotonbori and Namba. The Family Mart right next to it is also very convenient.

Everything was nice - the staff, the breakfast extraordinary, the location close to the center, comfortable, comfy beds.

Great location. It's not far from the subway, and Dotonbori is right on your doorstep. I found the staff to be friendly, but didn't receive as warm a welcome as i did in other cities. Can't complain though, as it was peak check-in period.

The baths were amazing, especially after a day of sightseeing. We felt reborn! Location can't be better, right of Dotonbori, but just out the noise. Great acces to metro and train. Room was really nice with a traditional look, and quite spacious for Japanese standards (and it included seats!)

The laundry room and microwave at disposal and the all day cleaning who give us new towel.

Parking, solid breakfast, location is perfect

Location is right in Dotonbori but slightly away from the noisy frontline. Lots of shops bars restaurants. 7-11 downstairs. We had a twin room which was very spacious. Enough space for 2 large and 2 small luggage. Comfortable twin beds. Small capsule type bathroom - Taller / larger people would have a bit of an issue moving about inside (I am 1.6mt short) .Very clean and neat. Housekeeping only replaces towels every day. There is no daily housekeeping. We had Room 934 - 9th floor. Room was quiet but occasional loud sirens/speakers late at night. Free conveniences offered at reception. (Toothbrush sponge etc)

The location in the Namba area close from shops restaurants and transports. The area is great in the evenings especially. Room size larger than average in big Japanese cities Breakfirst (a variety of japanese and european style items) Staff always helpful (some with good level of english and others hard to understand but always trying to help)

I didn't realise it was literally in the heart of dotonburi. So I just went down to eat Ichiran, came up, went down to Don Quixote / DONKI, came up, etc. Luggage store was also friendly and accommodating, I can't remember if they took only 2 pieces, but you could keep it until 5pm IIRC.

Position is amazing The room was a small studio apartment

loved the location and the room and the ammenities. Although, we did not have breakfast there. I liked the idea that there is a common microwave in the lobby so we can heat our food.

Staff and facilities were great! Very spacious room.
