The location is good, about 10 min to Namba station that provides you connection to all directions. In the room there are many essential goods, everything for hair and body care. The staff is super helpful!

The location was very ideal, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to Dotonburi. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was very helpful, too! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

It is very near to NAMBA station. Very convenient to travel. Clean facilities and friendly staff. By the way they had free good coffee and tea all through the day.

We enjoyed our stay here A LOT. The hotel is brand new, clean, comfortable and strategically located. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast and lunch at their restaurant. Special thanks to the staff! We were treated as special guests. I would be back without hesitation.

I stopped for one night only, but the room was great: spacious and with a very nice bathroom! At the check-out, the male staff helped me with my luggage and wi-fi, he was so so nice.

"The room was incredibly spacious. having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets. Also, a kitchen was extremely helpful for our family trip. There was also a large bathtub in the living room which gave us a luxurious experience. The staff were very kind, and the cafe on the first floor was so good. It was cheap with generous portions, so we went there often during our stay. (Apparently, considering the 435ml size, it's cheaper than a convenience store!) I would definitely love to stay here again."

Location is very good, walking distance to a number of places of attractions, customers service is excellent, I can even store my luggage there for the day after checking out, and the free breakfast was good.

The hotel is across from Namba station, directly across the street, or using the subway tunnels to reach the hotel side should there be inclement weather. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Your luggage can be looked after before checking in or after checking out. There is even a scale in the lobby to check if your shopping doesn't exceed the limit for the airlines.

Liked the counch was nice to have somewhere to sit that wasn't the bed
