It was so convenient for the shop and train and so easy to get around tho catching the train and buying your food for takeaways and also amazing starfish in the complex.

Everything was perfect. The stuff was very nice and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect if you want to explore different parts of Tokyo because it has 3 stations to a distance of 5 to 15 minutes.

Very close to Tamachi and Mita train and subway stations for getting around. Good sized room and very comfortable, firm beds, with lots of complimentary extras and nice touches. Used the washing machine facilities on 2nd floor and breakfast was quite good but plenty of eateries and metro food stores nearby as well. A fairly quiet business area full of industrious and hard working commuters. We were travelling with JR train passes which can be used on the nearby Monorail, connecting to Haneda airport. All good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal! Close to convenience stores and train stations. Amazing view of Tokyo Tower as well!

Had to book it on short notice and it was a very smooth booking process. The hotel is really clean, the room was amazingly spacious. It felt closer to a European hotelroom than a Japanese one. The bath was super spacious and had the classic separation of cleaning area and tub, so that you can clean yourself on a stool before entering your bath. The bath was big, the first time I could take a comfortable bath in a Japanese hotelroom. Amenities can be picked up close to the front desk, which I really appreciate because it cuts down on waste. The bed was really firm, yet also just soft enough. And this was the first hotel where I noticed that the light in many Japanese hotels is just not bright, because this hotel room's lights were really bright and I could dim them as well.

The accommodation exceeded expectations, and the staff was polite and kind. The hotel is located in a great, quiet neighborhood close to the metro station (a 6-minute walk). Everything was cleverly automated. A huge plus on the 8th floor was the microwave, vending machine, washing machine, dryer, and ice machine. There are also many grocery stores nearby. Communication with the hotel via Booking went smoothly. We needed to change the room type, and it was no problem at all.

Breakfast was good for the price and the location of the hotel is excellent, only a 15min walk from the station.

Everything was clean, the room was quite spacious and had everything, even a microwave, which is rare. Easy to get everywhere from Hamamatsucho station and specially to Haneda airport by monorail (and that trip was a memorable experience!).

Localization ok, not far from station and Tokyo Tower. Room was big compared to other hotels I was in japan. It was clean and fresh. Staff nice and helpfull. You can leave your baggage free of charge before check in. Amenities available near entrance on demand (Great option as you do not waste resources).

Stunning! We stayed in a corner room with wonderful views of Tokyo. This was a spectacular experience. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo. Close to metro and easy for taxis, and the area itself is lovely to walk around. Easy to get to Tokyo Tower and other sights.

Very friendly and helpful english speaking staff. Beautiful hotel with an amazing view over the city and even Mount Fuji depending on the room! Free drinks during happy hour in the lobby.

Spectacular, jaw-dropping view of Tokyo tower and Skytree. Five-star comfortable bed. Space age smart bathroom with jacuzzi. Professional and welcoming reception staff.

Very quiet and spacious room. Close to train station for Yamamote line and airport monorail. Nice to have access to coffee and tea pod machines. Easy walk to the river.

Super spacious, clean and convenient. 400m from the station, quiet neighbourhood with many great food options(ie without English menu). Has many fine touches that surprised us. Definitely coming back if we are back in Tokyo’
