This Hotel is in the perfect location close to Shinagawa Train Station where you can catch airport lines or Yamanote line which takes you around the Tokyo loop and it is also a Shinkansen station so you can catch a bullet train from this station too. The Hotel staff are so super helpful and accommodating they go above and beyond to assist however they can. Very clean rooms with a level that had an area to use microwaves for heating up food and washing machines, coffee and tea area and vending machines. Great hotel in a very convenient location. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel was right next to Gotanda Station (Yamamote Line) which made it so convenient to travel around. The rooms were a bit too small but manageable if you’re just there to sleep because we were usually out and about the entire day. It’s away from all the crowd, hustle and bustle but closer to all convenience. It has a family mart on the ground floor making it a bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean and bright room with comfortable bed

Very close to bus stops, place is smaller but that was expected. Bed was fantastic, all amenities you could need available, inclusive of pajamas, slippers, hangers (coat and regular) dental kits, extension cord, a multi-device charging cable and hairdryer. Only thing not available is an iron. Should you need to do laundry, self laundering is available for a small fee. Staff very helpful, I accidentally locked myself out of my room one morning and was able to call for assistance via the intercom. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at all times. I stayed 10 days and will choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Great location right above the station

The room was spacious and comfortable and it contained all ammenities we needed. The hotel is near the Gotanda station from which we easily reached other Tokyo areas. I used the public bath almost every day and the outdoor bath was great. The breakfast was good.

Everything about our stay was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the location is unbeatable, and the facilities were top-notch. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, offering a true sense of comfort and luxury.

Very friendly and speedy check in. The bath was deep enough for my height 181 CMS and the water was nice and hot. Very comfortable stay and really convenient for my work.
