Room was comfortable and quiet, hotel has a very nice view and a private garden with a pond, staff knew English, was polite and helpful. Very good for Shabbat keepers - the hotel gave us a mechanical key and showed us how to use the stairs, housekeeping disconnected the washlet, and the bell captain showed us the way to the synagogue.

I very much appreciate the kindness of staff and also the service related to the lounge access. Room was specious and bed vas very comfortable .

On-site restaurant was great! The teppanyaki experience was perfect. The hotel was very accommodating and helpful with arranging our taxi to the airport. And the outdoor landscape is lovely.
