Staff were very friendly and accommodating. After our flight was delayed and we missed our first night, staff were quick to respond to mails and even upgraded our room. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional room size for Japan. Large bathroom with spa bath. The gardens connecting the three Prince hotels was gorgeous. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and location was 5 mins walk to the Shinagawa train station which made accessing the rest of Tokyo easy.
