This Hotel is in the perfect location close to Shinagawa Train Station where you can catch airport lines or Yamanote line which takes you around the Tokyo loop and it is also a Shinkansen station so you can catch a bullet train from this station too. The Hotel staff are so super helpful and accommodating they go above and beyond to assist however they can. Very clean rooms with a level that had an area to use microwaves for heating up food and washing machines, coffee and tea area and vending machines. Great hotel in a very convenient location. Highly recommend.

Exceptional room size for Japan. Large bathroom with spa bath. The gardens connecting the three Prince hotels was gorgeous. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and location was 5 mins walk to the Shinagawa train station which made accessing the rest of Tokyo easy.

The hotel was very close to Shinagawa Station which is very convenient when carrying bags and taking the Shinkansen. The staff was very helpful and nice. They let us store our luggage before the check-in and after the check-out as well. The bed was very comfortable.

I really love this property. All the necessary amenities are available in this place. It is very comfortable for a petite and small Southeast Asian person like me. However, the toilet size is very small. I really like this place because it is very close to the bus station. I am very satisfied.

Very friendly and speedy check in. The bath was deep enough for my height 181 CMS and the water was nice and hot. Very comfortable stay and really convenient for my work.

The hotel was beautiful and SUPER well located, it was less than a five-minute walk from the station and from there you could go anywhere (the trains are super well connected) if I had to choose all over again I would pick it again without a second though. The location was excellent — close to everything we needed. We specifically booked a smoking room, and it was great to have that option. The room was spacious enough to open four large suitcases at once, which made things very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay.
