Front desk staffs are friendly and helpfull, the room was spacious for 1 person and view was nice😍

Very clean. Employees were so helpful & kind.

The location was perfect for the aquarium and universal!

Very pleasant stay, very clean. Good japanese breakfast, free stay area with coffee/tea machine. Excellent!

Big hotel with great facilities. A bit far from the city, but perfect location if your destination is nearby. My trip was to watch a sport game in Ookini Arena, there was a shuttle bus from Sakurajima station which is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient. There’s 2 convenient store nearby, the hotel also has cafe, bar, and restaurants that I visited multiple times. The breakfast and dinner buffet was great, and the bar was quiet and comfortable. There’s also Universal Citywalk one station away, which has a lot of stores and restaurants. There’s a free ferry nearby to take you to aquarium and other attractions. Hotel staff are lovely and there are staff that can help you if you have questions about transportation and other itineraries. There’s an onsen, a gym, and coin laundry in the hotel which all I used during my stay.

It's clean, practical, and inexpensive. There's a good onsen inside, open until 1 a.m., and Family Mart is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but there are many interesting spots nearby. The heart of Osaka's nightlife (namba) is a 40-minute subway ride away. When you return on Subway and walk back to the hotel, you truly enjoy the quiet.

The location is the best for who have their business at Intex Osaka. It's very convenience to wake up and walk a bit to go there. The room is larger than I thought, very clean and comfortable. The conceirge is kind enough to allow us to keep our luggages at the hotel after check-out time till our business is done in the evening, that is very helpful to us. There is an Airport limousine bus stop at the hotel beside, so it's perfect for doing business and then go to the airport at last.

Sakishika Cosmo Tower is a terrific place. Even being far from places that turista like us would like to stay. For those that need to be around there for work it’s like heaven

Clean rooms and area, complete with laundry facilities and dryer as well. The property is also well connected by metro and bus stations nearby.

Wonderful Japanese style breakfast. The hotel provides public bath service at another block/building.

Location wise love it.. walking distance to Universal studio for a good price.. near station & convenience stores.. clean & comfy.. love to stay herr again soon.

View from property amazing, loved swimming pool too People managing excellent

The best hotel we’ve stayed at so far! Wonderful interior, both in the lobby and the rest of the floors. Excellent staff who were helpful every step of the way, and very clean and tidy rooms. Also wonderful that there was a bus for the guests to use freely to get to Osaka station without additional charge! We wish we knew that sooner during our stay~
