Room was perfect and bigger than expected, the amenities for hygiene were amazing. Shuttle to the airport also very convenient.The neighborhood was also very safe and nice to go out for a walk or even some shopping

Staff could speak english and after the booking everything was set so i didn't have to speak with nobody. Perfect

Less than 5 minutes walking from Keikyu Kamata, which takes you directly to Haneda airport. Plenty of shops near by as well. Polite and help-some staff. Very spacious room, with all amenities. The towels were all inside a vacuum plastic bag. I have never seen such clean things.

Just 5 mins walk from Keikyu Kamata station and 10 mins walk from JR Kamata station. Also, it is approximately a 20 min train ride from Haneda International Airport. There are laundry facilities, a microwave oven and vending machine on the ground floor. Also, they provide new towels, coffee and tea sachets, and Japanese-style sleepwear every morning even if you opt out of room cleaning. The toilet and bathroom has a view of the outside which is quite refreshing considering how a lot of toilets in hotels are in enclosed spaces with no windows. Staff are friendly and will greet you every time you enter and exit the hotel. You can also leave your luggage with the hotel after check-out and pick it up just before your flight on the same day. The room is a little compact but didn’t feel claustrophobic and I was still able to open my 65cm x 45cm x 26cm suitcase without obstructing the walk way.

Everything was nice and clean and we could even check in earlier to our room which was a very nice surprise after a long journey from Osaka.

The staff very nice and helpfull I like the location nearby station, bus, laundromat, 7 eleven, Lawson. The hotel is clean and is good for a family of 3 because they have 3 beds. They provide everything in the room, from slippers to toothbrush. No need to bring pajamas since they have it in the room.

T-mark are professional and extremely helpful. The Hotel is in a really good location which is very close to a railway station about half way between Tokyo and Yokohama. It is also in close proximity to Haneda Airport.

the breakfast is excellent !!! we enjoy it alot. The size of the room is very comfortable, and it is bright. I particularly like the headlight set up which is very romantic. Thought the location is a little walk away from the main Orimoi station. It is a pleasant 15 mins walk. The nearby station ( small station) is also an option with only 3 mins walk away.

Newly refurbished, good connection to Haneda airport. The only thing is that it's next to railway tracks. It didn't brother me much though.

I love the breakfast, it's so yummy. I also like the facilities such as shampoo, soap, facial cleaner, hot shower, atmosphere and prices. This hotel also provides free breakfast for children, it's so helpful! Everything is just perfect. Thank you for a great moment and service.

Very close to the Samezu License Center, around 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient for those who needs to queue up early morning. Room is clean and equip with everything. There is an Aeon shopping center with restaurant nearby, also 7-11 across the street. Mandarin speaking staff is professional and helpful.

Excellent location (next to Ōmori station and within walking distance from Ōmorikaigan station with train connection to Haneda airport), clean and tidy room, friendly and helpful staff.

Location is great! There's an access to the metro and to the mall and there are a lot of restaurants around. Even though it's in not within the central touristy area like Shibuya, Ginza, etc., it's still very accessible via Keihin-Tohoku Line. Room is small for 2 pax with 4 luggage but we managed to still move around.

Location location location. Right next to the train station. No issue with noise. And if you’re flying from Haneda next day this is ideal. In 15-20 min you are at the airport. The train station has escalators/elevators so you dont have to carry your bags up/down the stairs.

- Super nice location which next to the Oimachi station (only 2 mins walks) so easy to connect Shinakawa and any other station nearby. - Hotel is super clean and comfortable, we sleep really well. - Quiet and great staffs. - Hot bath sauna spa on the 4th floor, only 500yen. really nice. - A lot of convenience stores, super market next to... also drinking spots.
