All very well. Excellent attention. Comfortable and clean room and very quiet area a few minutes walk from Omori station. Very good breakfast too.

Staff could speak english and after the booking everything was set so i didn't have to speak with nobody. Perfect

The location was perfect, just in front Rinkai Line and ten minutes walk to Aomori Yokocho Keikyu Line. Full of restaurants and a big Aeon just in front the hotel with great supermarket

Hotel is new and immaculate. Very Zen vibes, 2 restaurants in the hotel and loads in the mall attached. The train line is underneath the hotel so Tokyo is there waiting to be explored.

I liked how polite the staff were. The room had so much space. It was close to the station and easy to reach the Haneda airline subway. The breakfast was out of this world, amazing. I loved everything about it!!! So happy

I love the breakfast, it's so yummy. I also like the facilities such as shampoo, soap, facial cleaner, hot shower, atmosphere and prices. This hotel also provides free breakfast for children, it's so helpful! Everything is just perfect. Thank you for a great moment and service.

Very clean rooms and modern room

The mattress was soooooo comfortable (I normally wake up with a backache - not at the TMark). The location was perfect - took train from Narita, easy transfer to Omorikaigen train station and easy to take luggage from Omorikaigen to TMark. Quiet area, close proximity to parks for walking & relaxation, easy walking distance to Omori train station. Modern building & rooms. Cleaning & front desk staff friendly and helpful. Like the use of door magnets to confirm if housekeeping is required.

Great location to see Tokyo Bay. Train station just outside the hotel as was a shopping mall. Main station was only a short ride away as was the metro. Jumped on the train to go to Diver City which was great. Limousine bus was available to go to the airport at 600 Yen-bargain!

Location location location. Right next to the train station. No issue with noise. And if you’re flying from Haneda next day this is ideal. In 15-20 min you are at the airport. The train station has escalators/elevators so you dont have to carry your bags up/down the stairs.

Hotel is in a great area, super accessible and direct trains to Tokyo city centre. Very well maintained, check-in staff and cleaning staff are friendly. Shops in the same building such as CanDo, Family Mart and a number of restaurants. We'd recommend it for everybody - solo or family, leisure or business, this place has it all! We loved it!

A quiet place near a major metro station makes for a great stop for a few days. What really stood out was the stuff that were beyond what was needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room is pretty standard, including all the amenities required for a short (or long) stay. The breakfast was also excellent. It is a pretty standard hotel in a business and residential district. So, if you are looking for a touristic experience, keep in mind that this district won't offer one (nothing to do with the hotel although).
