Everything about our stay was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the location is unbeatable, and the facilities were top-notch. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, offering a true sense of comfort and luxury.

A nice and clean hotel with excellent customer service.

The bed is so comfortable. The location is amazing, located between 2 different lines of trains. So convenient. Very close to Ginza by train and by uber very close to Roppongi, and not far away from most big stations by train. Amazing! There’s a supermarket connected to the building that opens til late. This is a dream! And just the hotel is a good size and excellent service!

Location was fabulous, club lounge was a brilliant asset. Staff were amazing and helped with booking tickets, arranging luggage transfers etc.

Nice location and had many facilities such as laundry and vending machines

It was an amazing experience, thanks to the receptionist who speak English ( I forgot the name) I definitely will go back there. Many thanks Erick (from メキシコ)

It was near the tamachi station. Because of that it was easy to Discover each districts of Tokyo With the yamanote line. The employees were very friendly and the rooms were also very clean. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay

Comfortable, convenient and perfect for a family of five. Great to be able to do laundry daily. Close to the station, groceries and so many places to eat.

How cordial and polite they were. We explained that we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast because we had to go back earlier (which was our mistake for poor planing so it was fine), but still they offered to make the breakfast one hour earlier specially for us. :’) that was so nice and kind and lovely. We are so thankful.

Near by train station & bus stop, and the place is not crowded. Within 3 Min working distance there are 2 convenience stores 7Eleven & Lawson.

service and supplies in the room very nice;

Clean, comfortable, can sleep well

Great location to easy access to the main attractions. Local shops are very convenient. Facilities are really useful. Good communication throughout our stay. There are even plug adapters ready to use, which is very thoughtful!

I loved everything about this hotel. The vibe, the location, the staff, the lounge. We spent 4 nights here and are returning for another 2 shortly.
