Very close to bus stops, place is smaller but that was expected. Bed was fantastic, all amenities you could need available, inclusive of pajamas, slippers, hangers (coat and regular) dental kits, extension cord, a multi-device charging cable and hairdryer. Only thing not available is an iron. Should you need to do laundry, self laundering is available for a small fee. Staff very helpful, I accidentally locked myself out of my room one morning and was able to call for assistance via the intercom. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at all times. I stayed 10 days and will choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Room was comfortable and quiet, hotel has a very nice view and a private garden with a pond, staff knew English, was polite and helpful. Very good for Shabbat keepers - the hotel gave us a mechanical key and showed us how to use the stairs, housekeeping disconnected the washlet, and the bell captain showed us the way to the synagogue.

The staff was friendly and when I did not know specific words or phrases they were able to use their English to fill the gap. The room and location were both good and the room was fairly clean.

The room was very comfortable and especially the bed was very good to sleep in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the atmosphere and the quiet and calm atmosphere. The customer service was exceptional and I liked the easiness of the check-in process. It was also great that there were many convenience stores nearby!
