Everything honestly. The staffs were very helpful and awesome. Noriko, Trang, Lang and I can't recall the name of another lovely receptionist. They searched and gave me accurate information and guided me to where I want to go.

Everything; location, facilities and cleanliness

Amenities were provided, rooms were always clean and we were also given water bottles, which were much needed during the heatwave.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Dotombori, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

Located at a great location in Dotonbori and has lots of free things such as drinks (both alcholic and soft) and massage chairs in the lobby. The rooms are small, but they felt big because they spaced out everything in the rooms perfectly.

Everything was perfectly clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was very good. We only tried it once. The lighting in the room could be a little brighter. The humidifier seemed to work okay but the light was flashing to change filter. The location was close to the Nankai Namba station which worked perfectly for our needs.

Amazing location. Brilliant staff that can’t do enough for you. Large free alcohol, soft drink, tea and coffee selection available all day. A number of free foods including breakfast and afternoon tea. Rooms were big and comfortable. Cleaned perfectly and restocked with bottled water, face masks etc daily.

Everything, but especially the service and the location

The room was very spacious, all staffs were very friendly and helped us with all our queries. The location was great, it was really easy to walk to dontonburi, kuromon market & den den town plus very easy access to the metro.

The location is amazing, next to dotonburi and countless or restaurants and convenience stores
