I didn't have any problem with the hotel. Nice people. Straight up hotel - just a few minutes walk away from Shin Yokohama station. Steps away from Yokohama Arena where I had my business done. I really liked the hotel because of its location and just the overall ease of staying there. There's a starbucks nearby, plenty convenience stores, Mcdonalds, restaurants. The area is just bustling of things to do, in my opinion. The price, for me, is also worth it considering all things.

Really love the location as it is indeed 4-5mins walk from shin Yokohama station. There's also tons of drug stores, restaurants and cafes surrounding it, making it really easy for us to grab anything we like. The hotel staffs were really friendly too and were helpful when we wanted to store our luggage before and after check in/check out. Size of the hotel room was also decent and has everything we needed :)

great location, walking distance to Shin Yokohama station and a bunch of restaurants downstairs. Amazing breakfast. Decent onsen within the property.

Location, general comfort, bar view at top of hotel was great. Easy access to Shin Yokohama station and metro in Yokohama.
