Everything was perfect, excellent central location, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff, thank you

Clean, convenient, worth the price, friendly staff and comfortable

It was close to shops about 5 minutes walk. It was modern, breakfast was good.

friendly staff, very helpfull.. near to subway station just under the hotel very convenient... the bed very comfy..

Location was excellent, close to subway and train stations and within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful, organised our luggage to be sent on to our next hotel. Loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.

Unfortunatly we weren't here for a lot of time so we barely use the hotel in itself but as often in Japan, it was great, services and cozyness were perfect. Special mention to the Rooftop !

Staff are accomodating. Generous in terms of supplies.

nice and big room, enough to open up a regular luggage. Great toilets

Big room with all the necessary things. Good breakfast. Really nice staff. We enjoy our stay.

Very spacious for two compared with the usual size of hotels. Yamato office is just few meters away which is very helpful if you want to send your luggages to other regions to save you the trouble carrying your luggage when traveling. 7/11 is just beside the building as well. The owner let us in even before check-in time

Staff so nice , the rooms super clean and comfortable

Easy checkin and checkout process. Clean room.

Great location and good size of the room

The breakfast is misleading, the photos on the website are from before Covid and now you get a simple bentobox. Please make sure to fix this

Clean, tidy, affordable, spacious enough for us (2A, 3C). Would stay again

Comfortable room and nice location close to train stations and stores

we enjoyed it so much we tried to extend our stay because we stayed at another location in Osaka, but we were unable to.
