This property is beautifully renovated and in the heart of Ebisu. It has all the modern comforts of luxury and is a short walk to the subway station. The check-in was easy and we found quick responses and good communication. Was great to have a bit more space than the usual footprint of a typical Tokyo apartment with the kids.

While the hotel is very modern and new, all the details are truly well-thought and carefully prepared. We had welcome coffee drink and also there was an ice cream in the fridge. ! Breakfast is also very delicious.

Standard rooms seems to be of the standard Japanese size. Well decorated and works well. Located close to the train station. The self-service laundry option works well and is quite easy to use. The breakfast option has limited choice, but works well. You don't have the option to leave luggage, but for early check-in the hotel offers a locker option. Works well.

【For guests staying in the annex】 The main building and the annex are about a 2-minute walk away. They are not on the same premises, but in different locations.

Best location! The room was very complete, clean and with a great location! Because it's in Shibuya it's not the cheapest hotel, but it was really worth it for the location! We would stay again!
