I booked a deluxe double, and the bed was massively big, beautiful room 😍

The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. David. Right in front of the bus stop where you can travel everywhere. Walking distance popular spots in Jeju.

Very spacious and a lot of light, we saw sea from our room that was amazing

The hotel was really clean, room was very spacious! Very convenient location too. The staff even tho did not speak much English always tried their best and were helpful.

Location was great, check in and check out very convenient. Fresh towels everyday. Convenience store 7-11 right on the G/F.

Highly recommended. Close to the airport. The room was fabulous and clean . Very close to lotte Hotel with a pickup point to days tour ( 10 minutes walking ) .

Rooms were a great size and super comfortable with a cool retro feel. Hotel is very well located and is walking distance from markets, restaurants and the main shopping street. Staff also great.

Staff was super friendly and got up earlier than her shift started to help us with taxi for our early flight. Across the hotel is a beautiful reconstruction of government buildings from the Joseon period. There is an underground shoppingmall with great restaurants nearby and also many wonderful cafés around the hotel. 8 minutes away from the traditional food market.

Room was big for two of us.Very spacious. It was near bus station to the airport. Just a few minutes of walk.. You can find grocery store nearby just incase. Its our second time staying here .

Cleanliness was top notch. The beds and heating amazing. Sometimes too hot but we didnt want to use the airconditioning in winter. Although there was an option. They gave us free water every day and cleaned the room regularly.

The staff was available and kind, they gave me a lot of suggestions for different situations and they helped me when I needed it. The position is very comfortable especially if you arrive to/depart from Jeju by ferry

Big room... more than many korean stay room

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was spotless, the location couldn’t be better, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The man at the reception was so kind and welcoming. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a wonderful hotel for this price — amazing value for money!

My stay at Hotel Mangrove was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The amenities were excellent—having breakfast available, as well as a washer and dryer, made everything so convenient. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds, and having an en-suite bathroom was a great plus. Every day, fresh bottled water awaited me in the room, along with a postcard, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire experience was delightful, and I’ll always have fond memories of my stay. The island itself is beautiful, but the accommodation truly made it exceptional. Highly recommended!

Staff was lovely and allowed slightly early check-in, the room was big and the bed was comfy. Area is convenient to walk to the nearby markets and there is a park directly adjacent to the hotel. There was also laundry on site and a restaurant at basement level (I didn’t partake in either but the option is appreciated)
