The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was also very convenient.

The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. David. Right in front of the bus stop where you can travel everywhere. Walking distance popular spots in Jeju.

Convenient location - close to the airport, nearby coasts and some great Korean restaurants. Really spacious parking (free of charge) was a bliss as a car rental is a must for Jeju’s travelers. The room was clean, spacious equipped with all amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Amazing price to quality ratio.

Rooms were a great size and super comfortable with a cool retro feel. Hotel is very well located and is walking distance from markets, restaurants and the main shopping street. Staff also great.

The location was excellent—just a 2-minute walk away. There were also plenty of eateries nearby. If I return, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and got up earlier than her shift started to help us with taxi for our early flight. Across the hotel is a beautiful reconstruction of government buildings from the Joseon period. There is an underground shoppingmall with great restaurants nearby and also many wonderful cafés around the hotel. 8 minutes away from the traditional food market.

Room was big for two of us.Very spacious. It was near bus station to the airport. Just a few minutes of walk.. You can find grocery store nearby just incase. Its our second time staying here .

The hotel is at a good location, not too far away from the local markets and others interest(s) in the city. It is easy to find the restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel has an elevator and the hotel has 24 hour reception.

Location is close to everything really and a 10 minute walk from a VERY hip part of Je Ju. Clothes. Hair. Stuff. Plus, we discovered a super cool shop, Anne of Green Gables, is a 5 minute walk away. K Cool for sure. The staff at the hotel were all so helpful. And...a view of the sea!!!

Great place, it was easy to check in with convenient machine at the lobby. Also clerk was available at the desk if I needed help. Room was spacious, cozy, had all amenities listed. Floor heating was great. Overall very, very good experience

Was in central Jeju city, walking distance from lots of good spots and restaurants are literally on both sides of the hotel. The room itself was very spacious, more than enough for 2 people with a good bathroom and big TV. My room also had a view of the ocean too which was lovely. The shopping street, a laundrette and many convenience stores are also within walking distance.

My stay at Hotel Mangrove was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The amenities were excellent—having breakfast available, as well as a washer and dryer, made everything so convenient. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds, and having an en-suite bathroom was a great plus. Every day, fresh bottled water awaited me in the room, along with a postcard, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire experience was delightful, and I’ll always have fond memories of my stay. The island itself is beautiful, but the accommodation truly made it exceptional. Highly recommended!

The mattresses are SUPER comfy and the room was a very good size - about twice as big as any others we stayed during our trip. Bathroom a good size too and the shared area and kitchen area made it comfortable to wait for our flight after check-out. Would definitely stay again

Staff was lovely and allowed slightly early check-in, the room was big and the bed was comfy. Area is convenient to walk to the nearby markets and there is a park directly adjacent to the hotel. There was also laundry on site and a restaurant at basement level (I didn’t partake in either but the option is appreciated)
