Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Excellent small and quiet hotel in the very center of city, just across from the Opera house. Freshly cooked big breakfast, with many options. Our suite was extremely comfortable, with many pieces of furniture, and windows that opened to the street and the Opera. Staff is super kind and helpful. In the basement they have a beautiful banya with sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room, but they do not advertise it at all and we found out about it too late. They do provide bottled water, but I preferred to fill my bottles from their fountain. I hope they use more fountains in the future.
