On the mekong is as the name says located directly on the mekong. The views are amazing. The rooms are clean and really beautiful. Nice shower as well! The owner Henry & all the staff is super friendly & warmhearted. The cultivate a very concious interaction with the guests, staff and environment. Henry even asked us for our opinion on a building project on site. We would come back any time!

The location is great, right around the corner from the night market. The building itself is stunning and was the only place I’d been during my time in South East Asia that managed to be comfortable without air-conditioning! The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff! The hotel is comfortable, historical, clean, and a heritage property but the real highlight is the staff — genuinely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. One of the best experiences I’ve had, and I’d definitely come back!
