You can see the lake from the room as well as the terrace. The nostalgic hotel offers good service on everything. Wifi is fast and stable. Staff are friendly and super helpful. It only takes them one minute to switch on the generator after the power cut. The restaurant attracts not only guests like me but also guests from outside. Their grilled zebu is really one-of-the-kind. I hope i can come back for the grilled zebu again. Don’t miss the sunset on the terrace. The upper town looks like a painting with the sunshine.

First of all, I received impeccable customer service. Everybody was so kind and efficient and really catered to our needs. The food was amazing and the rooms are tastefully decorated. But undeniably, the view is one of the most spectacular in Tana. Fabiola and team will make you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and cozy … and the bathroom is large with a fashionable modern bathtub and large double sink. Everything works ! My room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the city that was just mesmerizing. I slept like a rock in this very comfortable environment. I highly recommend staying at Lokanga boutique; you won’t regret it

The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to store our bags while we toured the country. Very friendly. Nice location near the airport and a wonderful little roof top bar area.

The property is perfect, it has great facilities, including the pool which was a wonderful way to spend the last day in Madagascar before going to the airport. Room was extremely spacious and felt like I was in a separate apartment due to the vastness and also the really nice balcony. Definitely recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxing time and not worry about anything. Also they offered free transfer from/to airport which was perfect.

The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was amazing, room was clean, the pool was fantastic. We had already stayed at a similarly priced hotel closeby and this was by far superior. Staff were friendly, good birdwatching and chameleons in the trees. Loved every bit of this stay and wish we'd spent more time here. Will definitely be back.
