It almost feels like I am a paid shill for this hotel, but even with the change of name and shift in ownership, the quality of the hotel has not declined at all. I always stay here whenever I need to go to CIDE or Universidad Iberoamericana or Tec de Monterrey. 10/10 excellent service.

This place was amazing! the room view was shocking, super clean, great AC, bathroom, the staff was very kind and the breakfast was super spectacular.

Great bed size, comfortable and clean. There was always hot water, breakfast on point and always in time.

Breakfast was great. Room was large and had everything you needed. Communication was ok but some staff didn’t speak English.

Atmosphere and staff very lovely

The breakfast was simple and filling. Thre was an a la carte menu if you wanted eggs, or something else.

Oh my. I loved this place and I have stayed at lots of places in Mexico. They thought of everything. The room was not only exceptionally clean, but it had character and style.

The garlic soup is amazing, the food overall is great, their hamburgers are fantastic. I had an upgraded suite, so I found myself in a much nicer room than normal, but I definitely love it.
