Hotels near Palacio de Hierro Shopping Mall, Mexico City

The location was perfect. Security.was always there

Everything was amazing and all the staff was wonderful

We had the most wonderful stay. The location is fantastic (safe, attractive and surrounded by the best shops and restaurants), the team are kind, helpful and efficient, our room was beautifully designed and very comfortable and the food was amazing. Well done & thank you - we were really impressed!

Casa Polanco is really a fantastic hotel at a very convenient location. The buidling is beautifully restored and has a mix of authentic and modern details. However, most important is the extremely customer focused staff. You feel yourself really "at home" in Casa Polanco. We have visited a lot of 5-star hotels but never experienced staff as nice and sympathic as the staff at Casa Polanco.

Great staff, good food, location is golden

Great location in candesa Cheap overnight rate

everything has been amazing, the staff super friendly and kind and always ready to help in case of problems. My room was super bright and I loved it

The hotel owner seems to believe that an automated system can handle everything, from check-in, accommodation, and renewals to check-out and even staff management… so their employees… I don't know if they realize that hotels are a service industry, and interactions with people require some human emotion; unexpected and incomprehensible stories would happen.

The place was very clean , nice furniture and in a good area .The owner very friendly and helpful .We recommended ! Worth oh money 👏

Cozy intimate boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco, plenty of gastronomy around the hotel, unique atmosphere, big rooms, water and coffee for free available, staff very helpful and friendly

I have now stayed at this location 3 times when visiting Mexico City. Even though I understand very little Spanish I have always been welcome and had my needs met at this place. When my flight had a very late arrival the 24 hour desk staff were kindly able to check me in at any hour. I intend to stay here again for future visits. The apartments have also been larger than expected with a kitchen included etc.

Amazing breakfast! And the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Sofia and Ivan and Johnny! We Will miss you.

This is a gem of a boutique hotel! Very well located in a calm residential area of Polanco and a 5-10 min walk to Masaryk and Polanquito. The decor is very special, the villa is full of art pieces, and overall this is a beautiful & unique place to stay. The amenities and service were very good, loved the natural soap and shower products. The breakfast was spectacular and we really enjoyed our mornings outside in the terrace. Highly recommend for people who love inventive design.

The service at the hotel was excellent and very friendly. We got one of the larger rooms with the terrace because we wanted space for our suitcases. We enjoyed the room and equipment very much. The bathroom and shower were large and the shower had good water pressure, which was nice. Also the beds are super comfortable, though the pillows were all very well stuffed and we would have preferred a lesser stuffed pillow, if we want to nitpick about something. But the mattress was great, plenty of space and good bathrooms. Also, the fridge was large and the roof top bar has complimentary tequila, scotch and mezcal which was a very nice touch too. The location is great, in the heart of Polanco and there are many cafés right next door and in the area to have breakfast. The place also feels more like a private aparment than a hotel because of its size, which we enjoyed very much. We actually didn't encounter many other guests.

Great location, excellent service, charming staff.

Great location, great vibe , lovely staff

The location in the heart of Polanco was excellent plus only a stone’s throw to Av Paseo de la Reforma. The room looked over the street so we were concerned about traffic noise but there was excellent double glazing and the road was not as busy as we had thought.
