It almost feels like I am a paid shill for this hotel, but even with the change of name and shift in ownership, the quality of the hotel has not declined at all. I always stay here whenever I need to go to CIDE or Universidad Iberoamericana or Tec de Monterrey. 10/10 excellent service.

Mr. Hernandez (manager) is amazing person he helped us a lot about our all asks. All stuff is helpful. Breakfast is amazing. The is so big. I suggest all people this hotel.

Oh my. I loved this place and I have stayed at lots of places in Mexico. They thought of everything. The room was not only exceptionally clean, but it had character and style.

Breakfast was great. Room was large and had everything you needed. Communication was ok but some staff didn’t speak English.
