My partner and I and our young baby stayed for four nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English which was very helpful for us. Our room was large and clean. The hotel itself has a great bar and several restaurants (the margaritas are excellent). It’s walking distance to the attractions and we also did a tour to the pyramids through the hotel which I would recommend. The gym was very well equipped with a great view over the city. We used the pool a lot too. Would highly recommend.

I stayed three nights and the staff were wonderful the whole time. Always friendly, smiling and ready to help. I had a double room (with 2 queen beds), which was spacious enough and super comfortable (and stylish). I didn't use the AC, but I appreciated having the option to switch it on and off if I needed to. The bed was comfortable - with extra pillows and lovely crisp sheets. I also loved the free snacks and drinks from the cafe, bottles of water readily available and trays of apples on every floor. I was a bit skeptical of the walking tour, but It was great! Really enjoyable and I learnt so much about Mexico City. The guide covered the history, places to eat and places to shop. As for the location - this was my first time in Mexico city, so I cant compare with ay other parts of the city but it felt really central and convenient with loads of cafes, convenience stores and shops within easy walking distance. It also felt very safe although I didn't venture out late in the evenings. Overall can't fault this hotel - loved every part of it.

It has long been a dream to spend nights in this amazing historic hotel. Riding the fabulous old elevators, seeing the astounding Tiffany canopy at different hours…. A dream. Rooms are well thought out for comfort and convenience. Inconvenient maintenance issue with one room beautifully handled by front desk.

1) The free walking tour of the historic district was truly excellent and a great way to begin our first visit to Mexico City. 2) The included breakfasts on the rooftop were exceptional. 3) The free drinks and snacks 24/7 was a pleasant and unusual touch.

Great location. Easy to walk to Roma Norte for the good restaurants or the Reforma 222 shopping centre. Very safe area as well. My room was spacious and very clean. I arrived very late at night because my flight landed at 4am but they let me check in straight away. The staff didn't give me any information about the area or anything but it was also late at night so I understand. I enjoyed my stay.

Property has a great location in the middle of Reforma. There are multiple restaurants and bakeries nearby. Also 10-15 mins walk to Angel of Independence and Reforma 222 shopping centre. Also close to Chapultepec park by taxi. Great value for money and staff were very helpful
