Excellent stay at Elements Hotel KLCC. The room was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the service was very good. The location is convenient and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location, within walking distance to Petronas Towers and shopping malls namely Intermark Mall. The room was spacious and well-equipped with dedicated spaces for the kitchen, living room and bedroom, so we could easily prepare our meals. One floor is dedicated to leisure with a huge pool, sauna, garden and walking space.

Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are so good especially Amruli

The location of the hotel, close Twin towers, restaurants, railway stations and shopping malls. The accommodation with eating areas, rooftop bar with daily music, the views as well as the infinity pool, just stunning. Nanika, front counter lady was great with her assistance for organising trips and information.

Location, service, facilities all fantastic. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Fantastic overall.

Excellent central location, opposite a supermarket. Helpful, friendly staff. Rooftop pool with pool towels supplied. Fitness gym with great views. Complimentary daily shuttle to CBD attractions. Environmentally conscious hotel with drinking water available from a hallway dispenser close to the apartment. Very nice spacious, clean apartment with super views and kitchen facilities. Grab and go breakfast supplied. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Location and staff were very lovely

The view from the "99" floor with the pool and bar to the petrons towers is the best in the whole kuala lumpur city.

The room was spacious for two people with two single beds. My room had a great view of the street. Especially, it was so quiet that I did have good sleep. The staff was nice to help me with guiding me to do the laundry.

The staff, location, food , facilities, money wise

- best apartment we’ve ever stayed in! It has everything we want in an apartment Facilities are great. The pool is good. The washing machine is good and quiet. Bathrooms are clean and great and have all we need Beds are very comfortable - service is great, reception is friendly and professional. - close to KLCC park, between 2 big shopping malls.

We had a wonderful stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality – definitely a perfect start to the day. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained, giving a very comfortable and relaxing feel throughout our stay. Special mention to the indoor pool, which was a fantastic feature – clean, well designed, and very enjoyable, especially for relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great experience with top-class hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
