Great location and staff very helpful

The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, perfect central location. Parking was very close and easy to find. Breakfast options are simple but made with care and very tasty. The owners informative, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was up in the eves of the old convent so the bed was up a set of stairs. It is an incredible and unique property! We will be back!

Staff and hospitality were excellent, complimentary breakfast was a perfect start to the day, coffee was delicious! Spectacular location, right in the heart of Valkenburg, a few minutes walk to the number 4 bus to Maastricht or 10 minutes walk to the train

The location for the Amstel gold sportive was excellent, and just a short walk to the centre of the town 👍

The hotel was right next to the Castle steps in the centre of Volkenburg, a very pretty place which was full of Christmas cheer. Our host, Gordon, was on hand to welcome us and went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. The hotel was very clean and tea/ coffee making facilities were provided. Although breakfast was not available the restaurant was open for drinks and meals most days until late evening. The hotel is surrounded by lots of eateries to accommodate different tastes and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the Ups and Downs Cafe. The hotel had a charming ambiance and although the rooms weren’t massive in size, they were very comfortable and the bedding was pristine. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and loved the whole area. We particularly enjoyed our visit to the caves where a thriving Christmas market was housed. We would certainly recommend a visit here and we would love to return one day.

Great family room with great location and very friendly staff

We loved everything! We were greeted warmly when we checked in. The room was a good size, with a lovely bathroom, and great shower. The bed was really comfortable, and we both slept well. Location was fantastic too

Host was very friendly and helpful. They were pro-active with giving some parking options nearby. They called me straight ahead to help me when I couldn’t figured it out. Facility is nicely renovated in the centre. It’s located around the corner in an quiet alley from the busy street, so we were few steps outside from the restaurants and cafes, but the noise did not disturbed us at all. Coffee was unlimited and free (quality machine) and there is option to stall luggage all day. I can tell that they have put effort to make guests feel as welcome as possible.
