Convenient location next to the old town but in a modern and comfortable setting and a private garden. This design hotel is very unique and not what you'd expect in a historic city like Arequipa. Excellent à la carte breakfast served in the stylish restaurant or outside in the garden. Helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and bathroom with modern amenities including rainshower.

I liked the property, very nice and clean and staff were very helpful. The only thing that I did not like much was that the doors were closed very early but its understandable due to where the Hotel is situated.

Beautiful old building with lovely historical features. The staff were so helpful. Nice breakfast. Quiet rooms.

Location, the stuff, the room, cost

The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The staff is very friendly and attentive at all times. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is complete and varied. 100% recommended.

I staying closer to the city center for one night...but had to leave because the noise was out of control!!! Piru Wasi is about 20 min walk from the main center...but it was WAY more quiet and peaceful (I could actually get a good night's rest). The staff was friendly and helpful. The stay included breakfast which was really convenient. When I had to leave super early for a Colca Canyon Tou,r they had a packed breakfast to go for me which was soo thoughtful and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I originally chose this because they had gated parking for my rental car. However, I found that it was run by the nicest family you could ever meet. The daughters speak English, but the mom doesn't. She is still very funny without me understanding a word. My favorite part was always when I failed at communicating quickly, she would yell "JesssIIIIIEEEEEE" and Jessie would appear out of nowhere from seemingly a different direction every time. Huge breakfast. More than we could possibly eat. Very clean hotel. Extremely helpful. Helped me find places to go to run errands and tons of good suggestions. I'll stay again next time I come.

The terrace and the sitting out areas after walking around Arequipa were a blessing

I think it should hace more variety, because they always have the same juices and the same food , i think that have to change the breakfast per day.
