The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage before the check in time and even brought them into our room when we checked in. The facilities are great. We love the swimming pool and the hotel is just walking distance from everything.

I had a wonderful experience during your stay at a Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites in Boracay. I personally enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel, Also the staff working there is be very nice. This is a gem of a hotel Staff unbelievably friendly and helpful Room and bathroom excellent for the money Food very good. It’s right on the beach in Station 3 which can not, in fairness , be described as quiet but it’s a lot more peaceful than station 2 Lack of a pool not a big deal A great discovery for short breaks if you live in The Philippines I will 100% be back

Nerrisa from the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Prompt service and clean facility.... Attendants are very helpful and compassionate. My kid had a minor burn which she got from outside of the hotel.When they found out, One of them immediately gave my child an ointment to treat her boo boo. That was an extra mile of good customer service. Highly recommend Hotel for families and guests with pets.

A great balance of being far enough away from the centre that it’s a bit exclusive, but close enough that you can walk in and experience the hub of the town. The rooms are excellent, the pool is really nice and the staff are wonderful
