due to business obligations, whenever travel to Krakow I stay in this hotel. Near to the city center, the jogging path along the river is phenomenal. also all praise for the hotel staff members. especially the reception staff because of their professionalism and seriousness in their work.

Warm welcome from all the staff , Mr Apostolos the manager very polite and willing to give us information about the area . Highly recommended!

Hotel was great, it was clean, cozy and quite good equiped. Room was nicely cleaned every day. Staff was very kind and really helpful. It had private parking for a small charge, which we really appreciated. Breakfast in the hotel were delicious and during the day there is a restaurant (really tasty food too). And most importantly, it was really close to the city center (8 minutes walk to Rynek Główny, 5 minutes walk to tram and bus stops). And even price was great with the quality we got. All in all, it was an amazing experience and we will definitely go there again next time we are in Krakow!

Close to all pick ups for our trips. Breakfast exceeded all expectations! Delicious and great variety. We felt safe in this location. The staff helped us with all our questions.

Very nice stay. Location and place is very good, walk distance to main center. And parking is near hotel door so you dont have to think about it.

Perfect location to explore old town and nearby areas like the castle etc. Breakfast was simple but adequate with veg options. (Cappucino was nice ! ).Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were adequately sized for a couple.

Close to Old Town Square and staff were friendly, polite, professional and Helpful always with a smile and ready to assist

Location is outstanding and the veiw out of the rooms was great. 15 of the 19 rooms face the old town square. The four rooms without a view of the square end in 6 (e.g., 36). All other rooms face the square (e.g., 31, 32, 33, 34, 35).

Location was great! Very close to the city centre with tram stops and the square. The people at the reception were super super helpful and kind, helped me with everything!

The property is in a great location, The staff are very helpful and the facilities clean.

Excellent comfort and location

We stayed here during our trip from Japan. Although we had booked a standard room, we were kindly upgraded to a suite as there was availability. The room, including the bathroom, was extremely clean and comfortable, and the view of Wawel Castle from the window was absolutely stunning. The staff spoke in clear and simple English, considering that our English was not very fluent, which made communication stress-free. We also had żurek at the rooftop restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. If we visit Kraków again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.
