I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making them both comfortable and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would happily come back again.

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Copernicus. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the historic Old Town, literally steps away from everything. We stayed in a suite, which naturally came with added comfort and privileges, but beyond that, the hotel itself is outstanding in every aspect. As a couple who travels extensively around the world and truly appreciates high-quality spa experiences, we can confidently say the spa was exceptional. The massage we had on January 1st, right after New Year’s Eve, was absolutely dream-like — one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Being part of the Relais & Châteaux collection clearly guarantees a certain level of excellence, and Hotel Copernicus delivered on every promise. It was truly a perfect choice. What impressed us most was the staff: from reception to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive. Our room was immaculate and beautifully maintained. We also celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel with a seven-course dinner prepared by the chef, which was outstanding. Ending the year with such a refined culinary experience made the evening unforgettable. A special mention goes to the waiter who took care of us throughout the night — her service was impeccable and memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Copernicus to anyone looking for a refined, authentic, and truly special stay in Kraków.

Breakfast buffet was good and staff very friendly, room was clean and recently refurbished. Reception staff especially Daria were very friendly and helpful at all times and found some headphones of mine when cleaning in final day and gave them to me before we left.

The hotel has new facilities, the design is modern. The whole atmosphere was fantastic.

The hotel is perfectly based right by krakow square. The staff are so helpful and really polite the rooms are huge and very clean. They do offer breakfast but we chose to eat out every day. We would definitely stay here again.

The view and the rooms (top floor) where absolutely amazing!!! You could see & feel the city vibe overlooking the whole square at any time (without being bothered by loud noise). That's what this hotel is about: into the heart of the city! If you love hotels with spacious areas and luxurious receptions look elsewhere. If you want to love Krakow you are in the right place. But the crown jewel of the hotel is it's staff. Marios, Bart, Gregory, you are irreplaceable! I didn't need to search for anything (even though i did search), those guys are right about everything, just ask them. Special thanks to Gregory!

Hotel is right on the doorstep of the square. The go out of their way to provide 1st class service. Breakfast has a vast array of foods for every taste.

Room is comfortable and compact. Very quiet and the included breakfast has a lot of variety. It's a short walk to the main square and a good running track along the river. Highly recommend.
