The hotel is quite different from typical hotels and offers a unique experience to its guests. Visitors receive free access to the museum, which was a great experience. You can drive around the hotel, visit the horse stalls, and see Arabian horses up close. The hotel lobby is massive and beautifully designed. The hotel and restaurant staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful.

Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was overall a wonderful experience, made truly memorable by the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and treated with such kindness. We were even upgraded to a better room complimentary for our honeymoon and surprised with a beautiful welcome cake — such thoughtful touches that we’ll always remember. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an amazing selection and consistently fresh, delicious food that set the tone for each day. The staff truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Ramesh, who kindly helped me find and purchase the hotel’s signature scent to bring home, and to Krish, whose creativity with towel animals and attentive service made our stay extra special. Every interaction with the team reflected genuine hospitality and care, which made all the difference. Despite the points mentioned below, Ezdan Palace Hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the thoughtful details — combined with the amazing breakfast — made our honeymoon stay truly memorable. With a few room improvements, it has the potential to be perfect.
