Friendly staff, clean, excellent location

The location is in the heart of the city. It is nice and clean and the hosts are wonderful. If you go with car there are plenty of parking spaces near the hotel. The wine cellar where you can enjoy a coffee or a tee is just beautiful

Great room, everything comfortable and nice. Nice location, close to the old town but in a quiet neighborhood. Street parking easy.

Exceptional decorating and breakfast

The hotel was amazing, wish we spent more time there. The breakfast was also excellent. It was also pretty close to the historic center (about 10 min by foot). We also highly appreciated the staff's professionalism (we came quite late to the hotel, but the gentlemen from the reception managed to save a spot so that we could have somewhere to park our car since it's more of a public parking).

Excellent location, very clean, excellent breakfast, lovely staff.

Room was great. Neat and clean. There is private parking behind the hotel (not covered), but still good. Restaurant was great and fairly priced.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Spa services were excellent, massage was extraordinary -- I don't remember the last time my back felt so free. Would stay again at the hotel, the next time we're in Sibiu.
