Very clean and very pleasant hotel. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome - welcome drinks, candy, water, coffee... everything you might think of. Quiet location. SPA - spacious and with a lot of ammenities. Would highly recommend!

The wellness part of the hotel is really amazing - everything is so well maintained, even on the weekends when the pools are busier. We can barely imagine future holiday without thermal spa, it was so relaxing for the entire family. The location is also wonderful - in the middle of the national park, which makes it a great choice for all seasons.

    Wouldn’t recommend it.

    Wouldn’t recommend it. No one is showering before they go into the pool but afterwards. Water in the pool smells. There are no signs on the walls. You have to ask if you want to know where anything is. Annoying. Tiles around pool are very slippery you have to be careful not slipping. Overall bad pl
