Room was quite basic but the rooftop pool was cool. I liked the robots that work as room servise.

Spacious room. Great pool for swimming laps. Many breakfast options.

It was fantastic! Was even a bit sad to leave. The pool was great. The location was great. The rain shower, toilet and bed were all great. The sliding door between the bedroom and the rest (shower, toilet, dressing area) was genius.

Sorry to say something special, my last stay given lower room and I felt I’m in wrong room, I booked executive room after next day hotel change the room. Please don’t this mistake again. Thanks.

Great location. Staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. Free daily restocked fridge was great - so nice coming back after a busy day sightseeing to a freshly cleaned air conditioned room with refreshing cold drinks in the fridge !!!!

It was my first stay here and I enjoyed the convenience of it being near an mrt station and a bus stop ( albeit up the hill). The hotel has a simple but attractive and neat decor. Staff are so helpful and polite. The restaurant had value-for-money meals and the swimming pool was greatly appreciated!

Great breakfast, staff really helpful. 10 min walk from the MRT. So convenient, clean and perfect for our weeks stay exploring Singapore .

Excellent location, spacious family room

Flexible check in was essentially to use and Alma was happy to accommodate. We felt very comfortable in our suite and thought the location was perfect. 5 nights wasn't enough, we are excited for our next stay

This stay was truly wonderful — the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home. From the moment we walked in, we were met with a sense of warmth and calm. Everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and so thoughtfully decorated. The space was not only clean, but also cozy and aesthetic in the most comforting way. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our entire stay, as if it were our own little home away from home. Every detail, from the soft lighting to the calming atmosphere, added to the overall charm. It’s the kind of place you leave with a full heart and a smile, already thinking about coming back.

The staff were super helpful and genuinely friendly. I loved everything about the room, especially the comfortable beds and they option of different kinds of pillows on the bed. The option of 24/7 complementary tea and coffee, and fruit available in the café added a great deal of value to the stay.

I stayed here several times already because I love the room. It’s clean. Everything was great here. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect. LRT underground station just right infront of the hotel. Shopping mall just at the side of the hotel. 5 minutes walk to Lucky Plaza.
