The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful! Big shout out to the restaurant staff! The best pillows I have had the pleasure of using in a hotel (in resent times) the bed was very comfortable and it was a bonus to have a bathtub 😁. Great location as well! Thank you

The Hotel Staff is what makes the difference. Every single time, regardless of how pety or important a matter was, they go far and beyond what is normally expected. I have been coming to Thailand for many years and stayed in many hotels, but this was my first time here in JW Marriott and they definitely stood out better than all of the rest.

The personnel in the hotel was so nice and helpful and so friendly specially the front desk and the cleaning lady she also make sure that you are comfortable and clean your room everyday and the guard in the hotel was really friendly and always give me smile. I really enjoy my stay I definitely back.

The location is on a quite street with 5 mints walk to a closest supermarket 7/11. Halal food is about 20 mints walk to soi 3 or the Arab street. Terminal 11 which is a shopping centre and rail station is only 5-10 mints walk!
