They withdrew money from my card immediately after booking. I didn't want to stay with them and asked for my money back. Its not suppose to be like that for accommodation to charge u, before arrival. This is something that Booking.com should be aware off and help me to receive my money back!! I used other two accommodations in Thailand and they didn't take payment till arrival. This is a difference.

the hotel is a new lovely hotel with an amazing surrounding long pool. every villa has a balcony and direct pool access. if you are with children you can rent an underwater scooter witch is perfect for the long pool. the staff is adorable and assisting with everything you need. hotel pricing for food at the restaurant and spa are very responsible compared to out of hotel pricing the hotel is a bit out side from the center but we enjoyed the quiet scenery and took bolt to places and markets arround. also, there is a medium lotus marken and very nice mall 200 meters walk north of the hotel and a travel agency 200 meters south by the gas station.

Excellent hotel for stopover between flights. Close and convenient to the airport, but remains quiet. Staff friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked fine. Swimming pool a treat. Great value for money.

    Great privatley/family run hotel on the edge of the coast overlooking phang na Bay. Great location for a stay prior to catching a ferry to the islands from Bang Rong Pier. Hosts were excellent!!!!!
