Great hotel with exceptional service and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is like brunch, with a great variety. The location is perfect for using the BTS silom line with a bridge on the third floor that connects directly to the station, so in case of rain there are no worries. You can easily walk to the nearby pier to catch ferries and visit major locations (IconSiam, Wat Arun, Grand Palace, Chinatown). The infinity pool is amazing and a great experience with nice music and service from the bar. Pool slippers and robes are provided in the rooms and towels are available at the pool.

I loved the place here. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to the train station, easily accessible location, with a 7-Eleven nearby. I needed to iron my clothes, and they provided this service at the reception. The lady at the reception helped me a lot; I needed a taxi, and she assisted me and even gave me a small gift – a tuk-tuk keychain.

This hotel is truly amazing, located right in the heart of the city. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with easy access to the BTS. The hospitality is exceptional, with a very polite and helpful front desk staff. The amenities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Both the room and the bathroom are spotless. The location was really good, very close to the skytrain. The staff was very friendly, especially the guy at the door, who always opened the door for us every time & also helped with the luggage. The room service was also very nice & gave us everyday new bottles of water & coffee.

The rooms are incredible. Crafted some time ago with gorgeous dark wood, they are enormous and beautiful. The neighborhood is fantastic. Walkable and many restaurants and shops. The staff is fabulous. All were very kind and helped me a lot when I arrived with a broken leg.

Best location! Can easily access all top spots in Bangkok and the train station is a 2 minute walk.

I thought the check-in and check out service was outstanding and quick. We reserved a tower suite, and we were even allowed to use the tower lounge while waiting for our room to be prepared. The hotel staff was more than accommodating for all our needs and was extremely courteous. The room overall was outstanding and spacious. The evening chocolate delivery with the next day weather forecast was a delightful surprise. We stayed for a few days, and the staff even remembered us at the brunch and were able to remember our room number. Very attentive, which is amazing.

Everything , room was good , have everything in Lobby pass your time such as billiard , PS4 , Nintendo etc
